Please email us as soon as you realize your mistake along with your order number. In some cases we can make corrections before the items are created. However if we have already began production we will ask that you purchase another. Thank You for understanding. 

Traditionally, one to two lines. If the name or line name is long we certainly understand. However several lines of text may incur additional costs.

Monograms for females are entered in First, LAST, middle order. So an item for Jannie Lou Crockett would be requested as JCL. Items for males are in normal order.

Lucky Ducks items are all custom made to order. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless we are at fault and we do not verify the customizations that you have entered onto our website. In some cases if you do not make a choice on specific items, we will make a choice for you.

Please note that the shipping timeframes noted in your cart are estimated shipping times and not the turn around time for your items to be created. All shipments are insured. If there are any damages to your items upon arrival please send a photo to luckyducks2650@yahoo.com with your order number so may file a claim and re send your item in one piece ;-)  

Pick up will be in the Lexington, SC area. By choosing this option you agree to this location.
